This policy explains what information GIATI LLC, doing business as Ledger Claims Group ("we," "us"), collects through ledgerclaims.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your role, the service you're asking about, the loss type, the property location, an approximate amount in dispute, and any description you provide. We don't ask for policy numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account information through this site, and you shouldn't include them in the form.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can accept an assignment.
- To run a conflict check before accepting any appointment.
- To keep a record of inquiries for our business files.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site: Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Formspree (delivering contact-form submissions to our email). They process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Retention
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records, including records relating to engagements we accept or decline.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted by emailing sean@ledgerclaims.com, subject to any records we're required to keep.
